This Salmon with Stir Fry Noodles recipe is so easy and only takes 15 minutes! Save this to add to your busy weeknight dinner rotation.
This recipe only uses 8 ingredients that are all gluten free and dairy free. I like to use Miracle Noodles that are super light and taste great with the added flavors. I usually air fry the salmon, but feel free to pan fry or roast in the oven. If you want to add in extra veggies, bok choy, green onion, green beans, sweet potato or anything can go great here. My favorite to use is the frozen stir fry vegetables from Whole Foods. They are already prepackaged blend and are great to have on hand.
