These White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies are gluten free, vegan and sugar free. They taste like crispy butter cookies but with the perfect combination of sweet and salty flavors.
This recipe uses my favorite Evolved Keto White Chocolate Bars. They are simple in ingredients and completely sugar free. The chocolate does burn a little in the oven, but it doesn’t alter the flavor! If you want to prevent burning, you can press the chocolate into the cookies while they are cooling.
