Salmon with Stir Fry Noodles: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of miracle noodles
  • 2 cups of stir fry vegetables
  • 2 6 oz salmon filet
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • sprinkle of salt pepper and garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Coat salmon in avocado oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400.
  • While the salmon is cooking, add a dash of avocado oil to a skillet on medium heat
  • Sauté the vegetables until no longer frozen
  • Drain the noodles and pour into the pan over the vegetables
  • Sauté for about 3 minutes and then add the sriracha, coconut aminos and tamari- mix until combined
  • Plate the noodles and salmon, and top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds
