This sweet and spicy salmon is a favorite in my weekly meal rotation. It is super easy to make and only takes 20 minutes to cook!

- 1.5 lbs salmon cut into 4 6 oz salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp chickpea miso
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Combine miso, coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil and garlic in a small bowl and whisk until combined into a thick glaze
Marinade the salmon fillets in glaze and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight
Sprinkle sesame seeds and red pepper flakes
bake at 425 for 20 min on a parchment lined cookie sheet
