Honey Miso Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs salmon cut into 4 6 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp chickpea miso
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Combine miso, coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil and garlic in a small bowl and whisk until combined into a thick glaze
  • Marinade the salmon fillets in glaze and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and red pepper flakes
  • bake at 425 for 20 min on a parchment lined cookie sheet
