My time with Megan has been transformational. She has changed the way I think about my health and, in turn, how I feel in my day to day. The recipes and meal ideas felt like they were equally driven by three parts: data, Megan's recommendations, and my general input on likes and dislikes. I've tried to change my eating habits in the past but it has always been forced and unsuccessful, but with Megan's help I'm now making choices that fuel my day rather than slow me down! The testing and review process was both educational and informative on my health habits to this day. If you're looking to level up your mental acuity, energy levels, body composition & sleep consistency I can't recommend Megan's practice enough!
