Consultation sessions are designed to educate you on any nutrition topics you’re curious about. We’ll talk through your lifestyle, explore health hacks and supplements, and you’ll learn how to make small adjustments with incredible impact.
During my sessions with Megan I learned of a lot of resources to make eating healthy more accessible. Megan went in depth on different ingredients and their effects on our bodies as well as healthier brand options. She introduced me to a healthier pizza brand that I am hooked on. In the past I never actually paid attention to ingredient labels and during our sessions I came to the realization that I couldn’t pronounce 95% of what was listed as the main ingredients. Megan educated me on healthier alternatives, and since then, I’ve been more cautious as to what I’m choosing to put in my body. Megan has been a pleasure to work with and has successfully helped me attain the every day knowledge needed for me to feel my best on a daily basis.

I can help you create the meals and foods you like to eat and to take steps that get you closer to healthier alternatives and provide recipes and options.
Unfortunately we do not right now, however some clients have had success paying for their lab tests and supplements with their HSA/FSA, but that will be dependent on your insurance provider, not us.
