This honey almond mug cake is one of the best single-serve desserts to make at home! It is gluten free, vegan and refined sugar free.
If you don’t want to use a mug, I love to use the Staub Mini Cocettes for this recipe. Make sure to let the cake cool completely before adding the whipped cream topping. Add another drizzle of honey on top for extra sweetness. Feel free to add any other toppings of choice like cinnamon, dairy free chocolate chips or coconut shreds.
