Honey Almond Mug Cake

Ingredients

Mug cake

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup nut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Whipped cream

  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit or regular powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a mug & bake at 350 for 10 min. Let cool
  • Mix coconut cream and powdered sugar and add more or less of each for desired consistency & add on top!
