If you’re looking for an easy, high protein beef & broccoli noodle dish that actually tastes amazing and comes together fast — this one is it. With gluten-free Banza spaghetti, grass-fed beef, and a sweet-and-spicy stir-fry sauce, this dinner delivers on flavor and nutrition.
It’s the perfect 30-minute meal: high in protein, loaded with fiber, and totally weeknight-friendly. Plus, it’s naturally gluten-free and blood sugar balanced, making it a staple in any real food kitchen.
Ingredients: Beef & Broccoli Noodles
Grass-fed ground beef
Banza spaghetti noodles
Broccoli
Sauce:
Coconut Aminos
Sriracha
Tapioca Starch
Garlic
Ginger
love using Banza noodles in place of regular pasta because they’re made from chickpeas — which means more protein, more fiber, and way less of a blood sugar spike. They also hold up really well in stir-fries like this one, especially when tossed in sauce.
For the heat, I use Yellowbird Sriracha — it’s a cleaner version of the classic with no preservatives, dyes, or artificial ingredients. It’s made with simple, real-food ingredients and has a slightly thicker texture that blends beautifully into sauces.
And for that sweet-salty umami flavor, Coconut Secret coconut aminos is my go-to. It’s soy-free, gluten-free, and naturally lower in sodium than traditional soy sauce — perfect for anyone trying to eat more anti-inflammatory or gut-friendly meals.
How to Make It
Cook Banza spaghetti and set aside.
Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat.
In another pan, sauté broccoli in sesame oil for 3 min, then steam with 1/4 cup water for 3 more.
Whisk together sauce ingredients.
Combine beef, noodles, broccoli, and sauce in the pan. Toss to coat and heat through.
Extra Tips: Beef & Broccoli Noodles
Switch up the protein by using chicken or ground turkey
Add more veggies like bell peppers or snap peas
Store leftovers for an easy lunch (great cold, too!)
