Crispy french fries made without inflammatory oils. Super easy to make at home – you can also use an airfyer!

- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1.5 tbsp arrowroot starch
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dill chopped
- 1 tsp parsley chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup organic ketchup I use Primal Kitchen Foods
Cut potatoes into strips and submerge into a bowl of water for 20 minutes
Rinse and dry potato strips
Mix all dry ingredients into a medium bowl
Toss potatoes with avocado oil, then slowly add in spice mixture and toss until potatoes are covered
Spread onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
Bake at 425 for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through (until crispy)
Add more salt if desired
Serve with ketchup
