This easy breakfast tastes like apple pie in a bowl. I like to use Culina unsweetened coconut yogurt and purely elizabeth grain free granola.

- 1/3 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop collagen protein
- 1/2 apple chopped
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup granola
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp honey
Melt the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat
Add the chopped apples and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently and adding desired amount of cinnamon
Mix collagen protein into yogurt
Assemble bowl with cooked apples, yogurt and granola
Top with almond butter, honey and cinnamon
