Apple Crisp Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop collagen protein
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat
  • Add the chopped apples and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently and adding desired amount of cinnamon
  • Mix collagen protein into yogurt
  • Assemble bowl with cooked apples, yogurt and granola
  • Top with almond butter, honey and cinnamon
