I love using BOMB Protein in this recipe because it has simple, clean ingredients and adds just the right amount of protein without any unnecessary fillers. For the nutty base, I use Fix & Fog Cashew Butter, which also has minimal ingredients and a perfectly smooth consistency, making it ideal for rolling into cake balls. To coat the bites, I use Enjoy Life White Chocolate Chips, which are dairy-free and melt perfectly.
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine oat flour, vanilla protein, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Add cashew butter and maple syrup, stirring until a dough forms.
Roll into bite-sized balls and chill for 15–20 minutes.
Melt white chocolate in a small bowl.
Dip each ball with white chocolate and place on parchment paper.
Chill until coating is set.
Drizzle each ball with extra white chocolate
Chill again until the chocolate is set.
Extra Tips
Store cake balls in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer.
Use almond butter or peanut butter if you don’t have cashew butter.
For a stronger chai flavor, add a pinch more cardamom or ginger.
Try topping flaky sea salt.
When melting the white chocolate- add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to the white chocolate chips and microwave for 90 seconds, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. This ensures the chocolate melts evenly without burning and stays smooth for dipping and drizzling.
These White Chocolate Chai Cake Balls are an easy, no-bake fall dessert full of cozy flavor and balanced nutrition. Perfect for meal prep snacks, holiday gatherings, or anytime you want something sweet and satisfying.
