In a medium bowl, combine oat flour, vanilla protein, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Add cashew butter and maple syrup, stirring until a dough forms.
Roll into bite-sized balls and chill for 15–20 minutes.
Melt white chocolate in a small bowl.
Dip each ball in white chocolate and place on parchment paper.
Chill again until the coating sets
Drizzle extra white chocolate
