White Chocolate Chai Cake Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine oat flour, vanilla protein, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  • Add cashew butter and maple syrup, stirring until a dough forms.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls and chill for 15–20 minutes.
  • Melt white chocolate in a small bowl.
  • Dip each ball in white chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  • Chill again until the coating sets
  • Drizzle extra white chocolate
  • Chill again & enjoy
