This cobb salad is full of colorful veggies and high quality protein. I like to use shrimp instead of your usual chicken cobb salad- the combo is delicious! Throw these ingredients together for a quick lunch or dinner. Any basic vinaigrette will work here, I like to use my simple vinaigrette. If you don’t want to make your own, I like Primal Kitchen and Chosen Foods for yummy salad dressings that have simple ingredients.
