Ingredients

  • 3 cups Romain lettuce chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 3 Persian cucumbers sliced
  • 4 oz shrimp cooked
  • 1 cup organic corn
  • 6 slices of organic bacon cooked and broken into pieces
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • Dressing of choice I used homemade red wine vinaigrette

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss until combined
