These Pina Colada Popsicles are such an easy and healthy summer treat! You only need 3 ingredients: frozen pineapple, canned coconut milk and lime.
The only equipment you need is a blender and popsicle molds. I like these BPA free silicone popsicle molds from Amazon! These popsicles are very low in sugar but naturally sweet from the pineapple. If you would like an extra hint of sweetness without the sugar, add a few drops of stevia to the batch before pouring into the popsicle molds.
