This Easy Tahini Sauce is not only simple, but it’s also a great way to get a delicious, nutty flavor into a variety of dishes. It can be used as a salad dressing, sandwich spread, or even a dip for veggies. This recipe uses the perfect combination of tahini, apple cider vinegar, garlic, lemon, coconut aminos and olive oil. I like to serve this with my Mediterranean Chicken Thighs or Turkey and Veggie Stuffed Peppers.
For optimal creamy consistency, all you need to do is add all ingredients to a blender. I like to use Tahini from Whole Foods, as it is already liquid texture and mixes easily. If you are using a thicker tahini, you can add a splash of water to help thin the sauce.
