This dill salmon is one of the best and easiest recipes for baking it in the oven. The combo of garlic, lemon and fresh dill perfectly complements the flakey salmon. I like to use Culina unsweetened coconut yogurt for the sauce.

Dill Salmon with Dairy Free Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 container of unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Salmon

  • 2 lbs salmon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice 1 half and slice the other into 4 slices
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

Sauce

  • whisk all yogurt sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside

Salmon

  • mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl
  • cover salmon with mixture and sprinkle dill on top
  • spread lemon slices along salmon filet
  • bake on 425 for 12-15 minutes
  • broil for 3 minutes at the end
  • top with salmon with the yogurt sauce and serve!
