I love to make this Creamy Vegan Cashew Pesto to have on hand for pasta, chicken, salmon or as a dressing for salads and bowls. It is super easy to make and only requires a few ingredients!
This recipe is super easy to make, all you need to do is throw the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Make sure to soak the cashews beforehand- ideally overnight but a few hours will work.
