This chocolate chip banana bread is so good and is gluten free, vegan and low in sugar. It is super easy to make with ingredients that you may already have at home.
To make this recipe almost completely sugar free, I like to use Lily’s sugar free chocolate chips and Lakanto monk fruit sugar. You can also swap normal chocolate chips and coconut sugar for a sweeter version! Make sure that the bananas are ripe and spotting on the side to ensure the best consistency and flavor for the recipe. To make it nut free, sub sunflower butter and oat flour.
