Gluten Free Low Sugar Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 banana
  • 1 cup monk fruit sugar
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 chocolate bar Lily's

Instructions

  • Add banana, monk fruit sugar, almond butter, almond milk and vanilla to a medium bowl and mix with an electric mixer
  • In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder and salt
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until a smooth batter is formed
  • Mix in 3/4 of the chocolate bar
  • Spray bread pan with coconut oil and evenly pour in batter
  • Top with remaining chocolate
  • And bake at 350 for 35 minutes
