This chia pudding is high in healthy fats, fiber and antioxidants. Put these ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight for a ready to go breakfast that will keep you full for hours. I like to top mine with Culina unsweetened coconut yogurt, coconut shreds and wild organic blueberries.
