Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen protein
  • 3/4 cup light canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp blue spirulina

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight
  • Optional: top with coconut yogurt, coconut shreds and blueberries
