My version of the Hailey Beiber Strawberry Skin Glaze Smoothie from Erewhon! This one is slightly lower in sugar and higher in protein. It tastes like strawberry ice cream! I used Malk Organics almond milk and Vital Proteins collagen.
Strawberry Glaze Smoothie
Ingredients
Strawberry Glaze
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 tsp monk fruit
Smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop collagen protein
- 1/4 avocado
- 4 drops of organic stevia
Other
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
Instructions
Glaze
- Warm strawberries in a skillet and then blend with monk fruit and 1 tbsp water and refrigerate
Smoothie
- Blend smoothie ingredients until smooth
- Coat glass with canned coconut cream
- Pour glaze first, then pour smoothie and enjoy!
