Ingredients

Strawberry Glaze

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tsp monk fruit

Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop collagen protein
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 4 drops of organic stevia

Other

  • 1 tbsp coconut cream

Instructions

Glaze

  • Warm strawberries in a skillet and then blend with monk fruit and 1 tbsp water and refrigerate

Smoothie

  • Blend smoothie ingredients until smooth
  • Coat glass with canned coconut cream
  • Pour glaze first, then pour smoothie and enjoy!
