These sweet and spicy salmon bites make for the perfect healthy weeknight dinner. They are with anti-inflammatory ingredients that are completely gluten free!
My favorite sriracha brand to use is Yellowbird – they use super simple ingredients with the perfect amount of spice. I like to marinade the salmon pieces for about 2 hours before cooking to give this recipe the most flavor. To make the them extra crispy, make sure to use a cast iron skillet.
