This Simple Garlic Hummus is so easy and the best way to avoid inflammatory oils and unnecessary additives that are in many store bought brands. All you need is these few ingredients and this can be made in less than 10 minutes! Use as a dip for veggie and crackers, spread for wraps and sandwiches or topping on a bowl or salad.
In this recipe I used the Whole Foods 365 tahini which has a thinner consistency. You may need to add more or less water/oil dependent on thickness of whichever tahini you use.
