
This Mango Cream Protein Smoothie is of my favorite blood sugar balancing breakfasts. It is super easy to make and only requires a few ingredients. Whip this together for a creamy and delicious filling breakfast.

For optimal consistency, make sure that the mangos and cauliflower are frozen! The best blender to use for a thick consistency is a Vitamix, but any blender works. Make sure to start with he recommended amount of liquid, and you can always add more as needed. My favorite protein powder to use for this mango cream protein smoothie is Truvani vanilla flavor.
