Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • a few ice cubes
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein @truvani
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2-1 cup of water to blend
  • coconut yogurt and coconut shreds for toppings

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add coconut shreds and coconut yogurt on top
