This blood sugar balancing smoothie tastes like a milkshake for breakfast! Its super creamy and has just a few ingredients that you can keep on hand. Make sure your banana and cauliflower is frozen for optimal consistency. I used Navitas organic cacao powder, Truvani chocolate protein and Three trees almond milk. Make sure you use a peanut butter brand that contains just peanuts in the ingredients, and no added oils or sugars. I like to top mine with cacao nibs!
