Ingredients

  • 5 cups rice cereal
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows Dandies
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  • Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt coconut oil in large pot over low heat.
  • Add marshmallows and stir until just melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and rest 30 seconds.
  • Stir in cereal until fully coated.
  • Press gently into pan.
  • Let set 30–45 minutes, then cut and serve.
