Gluten Free Tuna Poke Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Romaine lettuce cups
  • 6 oz 6 oz sushi grade tuna cubed
  • 1/3 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1/3 cup green onion chopped
  • 1/2 avocado cubed
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Mix sesame oil, coconut aminos and sriracha in a medium bowl
  • Add tuna, cucumber, green onion and avocado and mix to combine
  • Assemble tuna poke into lettuce cups and top with sesame seeds
