Mix all cajun chicken spices in a small bowl
Cut chicken into nugget sized pieces
Cover chicken in spice mixture
Cook on a cast-iron skillet on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side, and set aside
Cook pasta according to instructions, drain and set aside
In a large pan, sauté onion in olive oil for 5 minutes
Add in coconut cream, tomatoes, chicken broth, nutritional yeast and lemon juice and stir until smooth
Add cooked the pasta, cooked chicken and mix to combine
Let simmer for 10 minutes
Top with sea salt & chopped parsley!
