Ingredients

  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup organic dried strawberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 2 min, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent burning
  • Spread melted chocolate evenly across a parchment lined cookie sheet
  • Top with strawberries, coconut shreds, and salt
  • Freeze for 30 minutes and break into pieces
