Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup organic maple syrup

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl
  • Spread onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
  • Roast at 300 for 25 minutes until lightly toasted
  • Let cool before snacking or storing
