Preheat oven to 425
Mix seasonings in a bowl
Coat salmon with avocado oil and seasoning mix
Lay onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until crispy and cooked through. Once cooked, top with lime juice
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat avocado oil over medium heat. Add the onin and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until soft and translucent. Then, add the cauliflower rice to the pan. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice becomes tender but still has a light, fluffy texture.
Transfer rice to a large bowl and mix in the chopped cilantro
Assemble into bowls with cauliflower rice, salmon and top with extra lime, salt and cilantro
