Fig Arugula & Goat Cheese pizza with Caramelized Onions and Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

gluten free pizza crust
1/2
white onion
chopped

tbsp
olive oil
separated
1
tbsp
balsamic vinegar
5
figs
sliced into fourths
1/2
cup
goat cheese
2
cups
arugula
1
tbsp
balsamic glaze
Instructions
sauté onions in olive oil on medium heat for around 5 minutes or cooked through
add 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and sauté for a few minutes until caramelized and remove from heat
spread 1 tbsp olive oil evenly on the pizza crust
assemble sliced figs, caramelized onions and goat cheese
bake at 450 for 12 minutes
top with arugula, a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze
