slice sausage into small pieces
add olive oil, sausage slices and gnocchi onto a skillet on medium heat and cover
cook for about 3 minutes (until both are golden brown), then flip each piece to the other side for another 3 minutes
add spinach and sauté with the gnocchi and sausage until spinach is wilted and remove from heat
in a small bowl, melt the butter and mix with lemon juice
top gnocchi, sausage and spinach with the lemon butter sauce and enjoy!
