Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
  • Served with gluten free chickpea pasta
  • Topped with sautéed shrimp, toasted pine nuts, red pepper flakes and dairy free parmesan
