Blackened Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3 salmon fillets 5–6 oz each, skin-on
  • olive oil
  • tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 425°F
  • pat salmon dry
  • rub with olive oil and coat evenly with seasoning
  • place on a parchment-lined baking sheet skin-side down
  • roast 8–10 minutes, until cooked through
  • finish with red pepper flakes, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime
