Whenever I am craving sushi I love to make this bowl at home. It’s high in protein and full of healthy veggies. Make sure you buy sushi grade tuna at the store!

Spicy Tuna Marinade 1/3 cup coconut aminos 1 tbsp sesame oil juice from 1/2 lemon 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp sriracha 1 garlic clove minced 1/4 tsp minced ginger Bowl Ingredients 6 oz sushi grade tuna 1 cup cauliflower rice cooked 1/2 cucumber chopped 1/4 cup pickled onion 2 radishes sliced 1/2 cup shredded carrots 1/2 avocado 1 tsp sesame seeds
mix marinade ingredients in a small bowl
cut tuna into small cubes
coat tuna in marinade sauce and refrigerate for 10 minutes
assemble bowl with tuna, avocado and veggies, and top with sesame seeds
