Dry Ingredients

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix wet ingredients with an electric mixer
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients
Add wet to dry and mix with handheld mixer
Scoop batter into a coconut oil sprayed muffin pan
Top with chopped walnuts
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min
