Mix almond flour, coconut flour, vanilla, coconut oil, maple syrup and baking soda in a bowl until combined
Press evenly onto a parchment lined 8x8 baking dish until it is flattened into a square shape
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
In a small pot, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup on medium heat, stirring often until it becomes a caramel like mixture
Stir in the protein and cacao powder and remove from heat
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the almond flour crust and freeze for about an hour
Once set, slice into 12 rectangular bars
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 2 minutes, stopping every 30 seconds and mixing with a spoon to prevent them from burning
Dip each bar into the chocolate mixture and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet
Sprinkle flakey sea salt on top, and freeze for another 15 minutes until solidified & enjoy
