Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth
  • Optional: top with chopped candy canes (Yumearth), coconut yogurt and mint leaves
