Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth
  • Optional: top with unsweetened coconut shreds
