Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • Handful of ice
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender & blend until smooth
  • Optional: top with unsweetened coconut yogurt, granola and cinnamon
