  • 1 Persian cucumber chopped
  • 1 can hearts of palm drained and sliced
  • 1 package dairy free mozzarella sliced into cubes
  • 1/3 cup basil chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic dressing
  • Drizzle of balsamic glaze
