  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • handful ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients until smooth
  • Optional: top with unsweetened coconut yogurt and coconut shreds
