Ingredients

roasted beet
peeled and chopped

can chickpeas
drained and rinsed

lemon
juiced

minced garlic

tahini

salt

pepper

olive oil

tsp
cumin

apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Add all ingredients except olive oil to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
Slowly add in olive oil until desired consistency
Optional: top with olive oil, parsley, pistachio pieces and sea salt
